About Mitra

Mitra for Healthcare is an AI patient experience and clinic operations platform by Aivry. It lets patients communicate on WhatsApp while clinic teams manage appointments, treatment sittings, follow-ups and patient history in one system.

Mitra answers approved clinic FAQs, captures patient details and procedure interest, creates appointment requests, sends confirmations and reminders, tracks multi-sitting treatments, and escalates to your team when a human is needed.

Mitra creates appointment requests and checks the availability your clinic has configured. Your team’s confirmation rules decide when an appointment is confirmed.
