Acceptable Use Policy

Aivry permits legitimate business communication and administrative coordination. Its Acceptable Use Policy prohibits harmful, deceptive, unlawful and unsafe use.

Source effective/update date:

A healthcare-relevant overview, not a legal document.

This page paraphrases points from Aivry’s company policy. It does not replace the full policy or any customer agreement. Some company policies refer to the healthcare product as Milo; confirm product-specific terms for Mitra with Aivry.

What uses are prohibited?

Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, unlawful discrimination, spam, unauthorised access or attempts to defeat security safeguards.

What rules apply to patient communication?

Healthcare workflows must not independently diagnose, prescribe, alter treatment or make clinical decisions. Clinics need appropriate escalation procedures for medical concerns and must not use automation as their sole emergency-response mechanism.

What data and messaging responsibilities apply?

Use lawfully obtained information and required consent. Respect opt-outs and messaging platform policies. Avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive information or credentials through general conversational interfaces.

How should workflows be supervised?

Validate automations, retain necessary approvals and monitor outputs, failures and escalations. Report suspected misuse or security incidents to grievance@getaivry.com. Aivry’s full policy describes investigation and enforcement.
